Great Road Trip
What a great time to be incollege and following the dead around. This was my eight show. This was a lot of fun. We had the best 70-80 degree weather to drive from Oneonta, NY to Augusta. It was a 8 hour drive and we left at 6am in the morning. I can remember driving through vermont and stopping at a very natural setting. We went down for a smoke by the water on the river and beauty all around us. We all complained that someone had ipped one and we looked around to find a dead deer in the river right at our feet. Kind of ruined the moment. But that is what nature gives us. But the trees all thorugh the drive were blazing with oranges.
We arrived with a couple hours to spare. Had good seats. The show was packed the sound was loud and clear and as you can hear they were jammin. Got to see a few new songs including Dear Mr Fantasy following drums and space that started out of a from Playin in the band before the drums. Im just happy they los the remainder till after the drums the second night. The second night was one of my all time favorites and my review can be read there.
